Welcome to my guide section.
This is simply a repository of tutorial-like posts that I’ll be uploading that may/may not be specific to security. These guides are not simply reposts but may cover topics/tips or steps outlined elsewhere.
This is a work in progress so apologies if this space in blank for a while.
In the meantime, feel free to use the best Guide repository I’ve ever come across: google.com

Above is my first & brief guide to the various options Within Windows 10 that can be used to improve security. Additionally, It covers the use of antivirus, general habits and data considerations for a device. The first and final hurdle for most security breaches/incidents are the victims themselves.
As Antivirus engines and security mitigations have improved, hackers rely more and more on end-users being tricked into running malware (rather than your machine being “broken into”).

This is a huge topic with multiple factors to be considered depending on use-case, so though this may not be thorough enough to be considered a “definitive” guide, some of the most important points are outlined and backed by Microsoft documentation. Please know I’ve not outlined points in this to fill blanks and to rather bring to surface security considerations that should always be considered whether in the cloud or on-prem.
