Thanks for joining me!
As a self-described security enthusiast, this blog is dedicated to the discussion and opinions on all matters IT security related.
My background as a mid-twenties sysadmin has been one always fixated with the principles/implementation and “real world” applications of security.
This fascination grew from a disgruntled young boy who was sick and confused with the restrictive rules, processes and policies put in place. The curiosity to understand the things that burdened me lead me on a path of mischief and understanding to the point I am at today.
It wouldn’t be very cash-money of me to tell you everything, but I’m best portrayed as a Greyhat sysadmin with little bias. I don’t really care about patriotism, nationalism and over-arching global agendas. If I had to choose a side, I choose humanity.
Please take this as my personal disclaimer that I never condone nor condemn the acts of anyone relating to this topic (no matter how malicious) and will only stipulate or theorize at most. The intention of this blog is to provide insight to those that are not in the know and food-for-thought for anyone interested remotely in IT or Security overall.
Finally let me finish with my apologies, mostly to my wife for all the hours put into this but also to you as readers (as I cannot promise how much effort is put into this).
